YT's By the Sea B&B

YT’s By the Sea offers a totally private accommodation experience for guests – only one luxury guest suite, which has its own patio overlooking a rainforest garden and pool with a waterfall.  The property is surrounded by attractive native vegetation and has an abundance of bird life. 

This beautiful bed and breakfast is located directly opposite Turner’s Bay and Lamberts Lookout, which has one of the best views in Australia.  For guests who love the beach but hate the crowds, Lamberts Beach is one of Queensland’s best kept secrets. 

YT’s by the Sea offers a choice of a continental or home cooked breakfast and is happy to accommodate dietary requirements.  They also offer private candlelight dining on the patio with 24 hours notice.  There is a computer in the room with broadband internet access, which is complimentary, as are the port and chocolates.  There is a mini CD player in the room as well, with a selection of music, chosen for romance and relaxation. 

YT’s B&B is only 8 minutes drive to the Mackay Marina, which has several excellent waterfront restaurants/cafes with great views and alfresco dining.  There is also a brasserie within walking distance. 

There are a number of day trips available to see this beautiful region including one to Eungella National Park, renowned for its platypus and is only an hour's drive from Mackay.  There are two golf courses close by YT's, perfect for golfing enthusiasts. 

YT’s is happy to provide pick-up and drop-off services at the airport for guests who choose not to hire a car. Ian and Sue White love to chat with guests but respect those seeking total privacy.  YT’s by the Sea B&B is your “home away from home”.
