Bularangi Villa caters for clients looking for a luxury stay in our newly constructed 5 star, 3 bedroom luxury villa, right on the coastline at the northernmost point of Viti Levu, Fiji, opposite Nananu I Ra island.

There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one ensuite) a large open plan kitchen, living and dining room area that measures 13 metres long by 5 metres wide. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and large fridge freezer, and full laundry facilities.

The villa is fully equipped should you wish to cater for yourselves with shops in the main town of Rakiraki some 10 kilometres away. However should you wish, the nearby Wanavanu Beach Resort welcomes guests from Bularangi Villa to use their resort's facilities including all meals if you wish. There is also Volivoli Beach Resort a 10 minute drive away, which has fantastic facilities on offer, including one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, and many activities offered including scuba diving and fishing, further details and links to both resorts are on our local information page.

It is advisable to arrange car hire for your stay whilst on Fiji, as this makes it easier getting around once you are at the villa, should you need to go to town, visit Volivoli Beach Resort or just generally explore the local area. However if you are not keen to drive yourselves around, there is a local taxi company who are more than happy to take you where you wish to go. We can assist you with both car rental bookings and also informing the taxi company if you have pick up requirements from the airport.

A daily chambermaid and gardener service is provided Monday to Friday each week.

Locality


Our villa is on the northernmost point of Viti Levu in an area known as The Sunshine Coast. This rugged north coast is named as such for its relatively dry climate. The mountainous region around Rakiraki is also home to the world renowned 'Fiji Water'.
Nananu-i-Ra is just a five minute gentle boat ride from the villa and you can get there easily. It lies just off the north coast of Fiji’s main island, Viti Levu, and manages to be both an idyll and an outdoor playground at the same time. If you like to take things easy on your holidays, then the white sandy beaches, breathtaking bays and constant sunshine provide the picture-perfect setting.
Nananu-i-Ra is also famous for its diving and Ra Divers, based at Volivoli Beach Resort run scuba courses and excursions. The coral and fish life are breathtaking, with heaps of soft corals and abundant fish life. See some of our photos on the gallery page from diving trips we have done ourselves. For the less adventurous, snorkelling affords great views of the local coral.
Boat trips across to explore the island are available from Wananavu Beach Resort to Nananu I Ra Island and they offer an on demand service which takes approximately 5 minutes.
There are two resort hotels near to the villa and you are welcome to use their dining and guest facilities and activities at either. The closest, a five minute walk, is Wananavu Beach Resort, details can be found following the link below. The second is a ten minute drive to Volivoli Beach Resort which boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Fiji. Ra Divers are also based here offering scuba and other beach activities.
