Mia Mia knows how to cater for winter. A log fire, electric blankets and heating in your room. Even the spa outside will warm you up and robes and towels available

Each room has an ensuite,TV,CD player/radio and fridge.One room even has a spa.
Enjoy our afternoon teas and plate of nibbles around drinks time.

A fully cooked breakfast is included in the tariff, and other meals are available - even a packed lunch. Alcoholic beverages are also available.

It is only a short distance to Tin Can Bay (free dolphin feeding), Rainbow Beach and then on to the barge to Fraser Island. We are close to the Cooloola National Park, Gympie, and Maryborough.
Activities are everywhere. To name just a few -
Tin Can Bay has fishing, boating, golf and tennis.
Rainbow Beach has 4WD on the beach, fishing, surfing and the coloured sands.
Tours can be organised or you can 4WD to Fraser Island.
Gympie is the closest large town with its own list of activities such as the "Rattler" steam train and Gold Mine and Woodworks Museums.
There are so many other activites around such as bushwalking, canoeing, horse riding, swimming, bowls, larc tours, house boats. We will try and find something that suits you.

But our place is where you can put you feet up, be looked after and hopefully feel at home.

Locality

Mia Mia is so easy to find.
Turn off the Bruce Highway, at Gympie, to Tin Can Bay/ Rainbow Beach.
Travel for about 30 minutes and 3 klms after the Maryborough turnoff turn left at Bobrei Court. Our place is well signed. If you reach the Rainbow Beach turn off you have gone a 100 metres too far.
So we are 10kms from Tin Can Bay, 30 kms from Rainbow Beach and just over 40 kms from Gympie.

Property

Mia Mia is an aboriginal term for a temporary shelter. It comes from the aboriginals who lived around Seymour, Victoria where we owned a farm called Mia Mia.
So what better name for our B & B - Mia Mia -your temporary shelter!
