Contemporary luxury right across the road from Thirroul beach.... just what the doctor ordered for your next getaway!!! Whether it be a weekend away or a longer stay you will fall in love with the location of this modern town home.

Once you park the car in the garage, all you need to do is pull your walking shoes on to check out the beach, park land including children's playground, boutique shops, cafe's, swimming pool, bike tracks, everything is at your fingertips!

The home it's self is open and evenly spread over three levels to ensure all guests have their own space. The bottom level includes a main bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite plus access to a private court yard with outdoor shower.

Heading upstairs you are greeted by a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with ceiling fans, dishwasher, large flat screen TV + DVD player and dining for all six guests. Flowing through the large bi-fold doors the living continues outside onto a large entertaining deck with BBQ and patio heater. A 2nd bedroom features another Queen size bed plus built-in robes and study nook.

Perched on the top level is a fantastic loft space which can be used as a sitting area, the perfect place to curl up with a book and enjoy the outlook. This space can also be utilised as a 3rd bedroom with a double fold out lounge. The convenience of a laundry with washer and dryer plus gas heating for the winter months complete this package.
