Each private air-conditioned suite offers its own entrance /bathroom/ queen bed /private lounge area with TV/DVD/ cutlery and crockery/ fridge/ tea and coffee facilities/ kettle and toaster. Our rates are for accommodation only or if you prefer we can offer a cooked breakfast usually served on our front verandah overlooking the waterfront. We are located just a 50m stroll to great restaurants /dolphin watch cruises and the daily historic ferry to Nelson Bay. 2 mins drive to glorious Hawks Nest surf beach or Jimmys beach on the bay. We have 41kms of beaches and a great 18hole golf course (Hawks Nest). View kangaroos, koalas and dolphins in the wild, hire a boat, bushwalk, fish, snorkel or just relax - its all here and more.

Locality

Tea Gardens still retains the ambience of a small fishing village yet is located just 2 hours north of Sydney..our beaches, which span 41 kms, allow you room to 'move' and Jimmys Beach on the northern shores of Port Stephens is a blue water paradise.
Relax on our front verandah and watch dolphins cruise past and pelicans lazing the day away.

Each suite has its own private entrance, air-conditioning, private ensuite/bathroom with shower and toilet, private lounge area with TV/DVD, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery. We have a private courtyard in the rear garden with BBQ and off-street parking.
