In one of the nicest locations you could wish for, with four generous bedrooms and two bathrooms the family has plenty of room to stretch out. Spacious yard and manicured garden, lovely shady trees and covered pergola area which catches the morning sun, you will quickly fall in love with this exceptional holiday home. Please note pets are more than welcome providing they remain outside in the secure yard.

A spacious lounge which is complete with TV DVD VCR and comfy leather lounges with room for everyone.
The dining area opens out onto the entertainment area, complete with BBQ and outdoor setting. Newly remodeled kitchen features plenty of bench space, cupboards and modern appliances.

All 4 bedrooms are generous in size, the main having an ensuite.
The good sized yard leaves plenty of room for the garden. Located just a short stroll to the beautiful main surf beach, and an easy walk to restaurants, shops and golf club.
