This is a architect-designed duplex consisting of a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen which leads out to a generous size deck with a 6 seat outdoor setting and BBQ over looking the beautiful water ways of Port Stephens it also has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, , air conditioning with the waters of Port Stephens literally 10 metres from your doorstep.
Soldiers Point is on the eastern side of the peninsula jutting into beautiful Port Stephens, an oasis of calm with Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay just 10 minutes away.
Rightly known as Australia's "blue water paradise", this marine jewel lays just 2 and a half hours north of Sydney.

The unit is set within 10 metres of the Water and was Architect designed to to take full advantage of it's Beautiful Northerly aspect and afternoon sea breezes which makes it is a pleasure to be in.

It has a large open deck area with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

Other Features include 3 large bedrooms all with WATER VIEWS and built ins, stylish kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, elect appliances open plan living area, 2 bath rooms, undercover parking for 2 cars.

NEWCASTLE AIR PORT is only 30 min away, transport can be organized or hire a rental car from the airport yourself.

Accommodation was excellent and the web site does not do it justice. We could NOT have been better looked after. We had great access to our boat with the water right in front. The kitchen facilities were 1st class, so much so we decided to eat in and cook up our own feast.
