The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a wall oven, stove top, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, a servery window to the dining table and filtered water views. The main bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, built-in robe plus a 2nd TV with DVD. The 2nd bedroom has 2x bunk beds, built-in robe and views over the communal in-ground swimming pool to the rear of the complex. The bathroom has a standard size bath, glass shower and a separate toilet.

There is a public park with swings for the children as well as community tennis courts which are available for hire all year round as well as an internet caf.
