Pepper Tree Cottage B&B is the perfect retreat. Located just 3.5 hours north of Sydney, Smiths Lake is an unspoilt part of the beautiful Great Lakes district of NSW.

Stay for one night, or a relaxing getaway weekend, a week or longer. Rest and unwind and enjoy pristine beaches and wildlife. Local activities include: Coffee shops, local seafood, bushwalking, fishing (rods and lines supplied), golf, birdwatching, local markets, boating.

Pepper Tree Cottage offers you a luxurious one bedroom fully self-contained unit with a peaceful view of Smiths Lake. Other features include: en-suite, dining area, separate lounge area, quiet courtyard, private off-street parking area and room for a boat.
A continental breakfast is supplied for your enjoyment (a full cooked breakfast is available at $10/person), Pay TV (Austar), video, DVD/CD/radio and laundry facilities are also available -

WOW! What a beautiful secret place - so quiet and peaceful, the native parrots and birds are a joy to see and hear and the pet possum Pete is also very special.
Anne hosts the B and B and she caters for your every whim - whether ordering prawns, takeaway, courtesy bus to local clubs - nothing is too much trouble - we really can say we will be back, that's the best recommendation we can give.

Locality

Directions: Pacific highway 262kms from Sydney - Bulahdelah, 4kms through town turn right on The Lakes Way tourist drive, then 32kms, turn right at signpost to Smiths Lake, turn right at the shops.
