This house is located in the heart of Setubal (30 minutes driving from Lisbon). Very light,confortable, charming and quiet in a safe area both day and night. Recently renovated. Fully furnished with quality and confort and very well equipped.
In a great location for walking to Restaurants, bars, downtown, shopping, supermarket and just 15 minutes walking to the Ferry Boat that goes to the amazing white sand and transparent water beaches.
The house has 2 double bedrooms (each one with Tv), big window in living room welcome the Setubal sun, confortable, seating for 6 people with Cable TV, Rádio and CD-Player. The kitchen is functional, light, modern & fully equiped.
Nice terrace with barbecue,table and garden chairs, where you can enjoy a nice meal and the Setubal sun.

Locality

Setubal is famous for the amazing BEACHES, ARRABIDA HILLS & GASTRONOMY. Setubal beaches have fine, white sand and transparent water, with excellent conditions for scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing and other water sports. First of all, the fish: fresh, most fresh, almost jumping straight from the sea to the tempting tables of Setubal's excellent restaurants. The seafood soup, the fried cuttlefish, and all kind of grilled fish are in Setubal, for your delight! The Arrabida landscape is unique as far as the Portuguese coast is concerned, forming an enclave of enchanting spots and Mediterranean tones right in the middle of hundreds of kilometres of Atlantic Beaches. ( we can organise car tours to Arrabida Hills, free) The Costa Azul, or Blue Coast is a touristic mosaic that is a meeting place for people and is formed of chromatic shades of green and blue. The Costa Azul/Blue Coast is a destination that cannot be missed.
In our River, the Sado River there is a Dolphin comunity and there are some boat tours to watch them (specially during the Summer), this is other main atraction of this wonderful city!
