Holiday apartment

This 2 bedroom villa is situated in the Le Meilleur Horizons Golf Resort, Salamander Bay. Positioned overlooking the first fairway this villa also offers walking distance to the pool, tennis courts, volley ball courts and sauna.

The fully equipped villa has everything you will need for your next Golfing Vacation including 2 bedrooms, both with a king sized bed and King doonas, private ensuite which offers a shower, spa bath, toilet and vanity. The main bedroom offers a second TV and a DVD player.

There is a combined lounge and dining area which open to a private paved entertainment area with a modern outdoor setting and views over the golf course. The lounge area is comfortably appointed with an air conditioner, a 2x seater lounge and 2x arm chairs plus a 32 flat screen TV and DVD player. The dining area offers a sold timber dining suite for 4 plus a study area ideal for your laptop. The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave oven, full sized fridge and 2x burner stove top. A shared laundry has been provided with a top loading washing machine and a car space for one vehicle.

Once you have played your round of golf why take a drive into Nelson Bay (Approx. 10 minutes by car) which is the main harbour/marina for Port Stephens and offers boutique shopping, award winning restaurants, fresh local produce not to mention cruise boat operators that depart daily on whale and dolphin watching adventures.

With pristine white sandy beaches Port Stephens also offers some of the best swimming areas on the east coast of Australia. For those who like rolling waves or a surf check out Birubi Beach, One Mile Beach and Box Beach but if you prefer calmer cooling waters be sure to check our Little Beach, Fly Point or Corlette Point Beach. As well as your golf-clubs you will need to pack your fishing rod as there are plenty of vantage points to cast a line plus boat hire is available.
