2 bedroom townhouse on Horizons Golf Course with beautiful views over the greens. The complex offers communal outside spa, sauna and two swimming pools **. There is also a tennis court and bbq area. Located close to Salamander Shopping Centre, restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to the beach or Nelson Bay town centre.

** RECREATIONAL AREA FEES: General access - $10.00 per adult per day. $5.00 per child per day. (unlimited usage of recreational area: Pools, Tennis Court, BBQ area). Fees are payable at the RESORT reception. BBQ's and Tennis Courts must be booked in advance at reception.

This modern furnished condo has all matching dark wood furniture with comfortable lounge suite. There is a large open plan kitchen just off the dining area which leads out onto the outdoor patio, perfect for those balmy summer nights.
