Holiday house

Designed as a perfect retreat for family's, hosting friends, clients and business partners, you will be pleasantly surprised and your friends will be envious on the overall feeling of luxury and indulgence this ultra modern, premier residence has to offer.

This exclusive property is situated on one of Perth's closest southerly beaches and takes its boundary to an arms length off the beautiful coast line, with direct beach access along a 15 meter beach path, making a stroll along the waters edge easier than ever.

This truly magnificent beach house will take your breath away, with 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms all fitted with all the comforts of home. A grand hallway entrance becomes centre stage when you first walk through the double front doors.

With a larger than life gourmet kitchen featuring granite bench tops and modern stainless steel appliances, this will be sure to delight those with culinary leanings and make holiday feasting a breeze.

Two superbly appointed separate living areas, offer the luxury of quiet reflection or an opportunity for bonding with family and friends. The upstairs living area boasts a massive open plan living area with a 46inch plasma tv that has been designed to capture the 180 degree views of the coast line from all windows. While the spacious living area downstairs is great for getting together for games and activities with the kids.

Why not Put your feet up and relax on the balcony to enjoy the warm summer evenings with a good book and a glass of wine while enjoying one of Western Australia's Famous sunsets over the sea.

After a sun-filled day on the white sands of this amazing Beach, take a 5 minute drive to sample the culinary delights of the local bars, restaurants and cafes. The nearby train station can also whisk you to Perth City in 20 mins. You might like to try wind surfing, kite surfing or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean or taking a ferry over to Rottnest for the day.
