Situated on the panoramic shores of Rockingham Beach, this two bedroom apartment boasts style and location. Fully self-contained with reverse cycle air conditioning and Foxtel, this unit is set in a secure complex with gymnasium, and pool with BBQ facilities. A stone's throw from the vibrant cafe strip and beautiful safe beaches, yet only 40 minutes from Perth, this place has it all. The apartment is tastefully furnished with everything one could possibly need for a totally relaxing holiday or business trip. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom, with its own private balcony, is equipped with two single beds to accommodate either adults or children.

Locality

Located forty minutes south of Perth, Rockingham is a holiday resort city of some 80,000 residents. In 1827 Captain James Stirling landed on Garden Island just off the coast, and two years later the Swan River Colony was founded. Nowadays, Garden Island is home to HMAS Stirling Naval Base, Australia's largest fleet base. In the early days, Rockingham was a busy port for the timber industry, shipping jarrah and sandlewood overseas. Rockingham is a popular tourist destination with beautiful expanses of safe beaches, water sports, and environmental parks.

On your doorstep you will find local shops and businesses which will cater for your every whim. The local transit bus which operates every 15 minutes, will take you to the major Rockingham City Shopping Centre, should you wish to indulge in some serious retail therapy, or to the new train station from which you can board a train to Perth.
