Self-contained apartment

This is a brand new beach front apartment in the most prestigeous apartment building in the area. The apartment overlooks the sparkling Indian Ocean and has views to die for. It faces north and is threrfore protected from the strong sea breezes which occur almost daily in this region. The aparment is finished and furnished to the highest possible standard, but you may find yourself not wanting to come in from the large balcony. The complex is centrally located in the cafe strip and has its own pool and gym. Secure undercover parking for two cars is provided. The apartment is fully equiped, you need bring nothing but your bags. No smoking (including balcony)

Locality

Situated about 40 minutes south of Perth, Rockingham is truly an aquatic playground. It offers safe clean beaches which are protected from the wind and swell. Good fishing and diving (there is a dive wreck trail accessable from the beach directly in front of the apartment)and water skiing. Many eco tourism business operate locally including Rockingham Dolphins, who can take you to swim with dolphins if you wish. Rockingham has a busy cafe strip where you can find three gold plate award winning resturants on the beach front within 50 metres of each other (and within 150 metres from the apartment).The apartment is central to all this and you may find yourself not needing a car at all as everything you could ask for is within walking distance.

Property

This would have to be the nicest apartment available for holiday rental in this area. The views, the quality furnishings and the location make this a very nice place to be. As mentioned before this apartment faces North and so is protected from the daily sea breeze. This means that you can sit outside on the balcony any time from morning to evening without the strong winds which affect so many beach front properties. The nautilus complex is arguably the nicest development in this area and reportedly cost some $28 million dollars to build.This aparment was completed in December 2006 and is brand new. Smoking is not permitted (including the balcony).
