Holiday house

A large family friendly 6 bedroom home, GREAT house to holiday with the grand parents,the teenagers and the babies, SPACE for everyone. Master bedroom with spa/ensuite, two large living areas, two dinning areas. Reverse cycle air conditioner,games room with pool table,all linen supplied,outside entertaining area with gas BBQ beside the pool,close to a smorgsboard of Take Aways.

Locality

Located just at the end of the Perth south Freeway. Short walk to the NEW Warnbro train station.
Visit Penguin and Seal Islands
Go Sailing,Wind Surf,Play Golf,
Just a short drive/bus trip to Fremantle to catch a ferry to Rottnest Island, "a great day out", or cruise up the swan river to Perth.
Also a short walk to the SAFE Warnbro beach, where you can watch
the beautiful Western Australia sunsets over the Indian Ocean.

Property

3 queen bedrooms, 2 single bunk rooms and 1 tri bunk room.
2 living areas, giving space for all ages.
Plenty of parking, with double garage.
The swimming pool is well fenced with the backyard having 2 outer fences.
The house is very child friendly with books and movies, plenty of T.V's and DvD players for the rainy or quite days.
For your Ipad's,Iphone and Ipods the house has the charges and portable dock with speakers.
