1 Naiad Court is a modern, spacious 3 bed house boasting a large private pool. Located within Rainbow Shores, it is the perfect family getaway. Set back from the road in natural bushland, the single-level house is great for those with children. It has a landscaped garden (front of the property) with a large fully fenced secluded garden and pool to the rear of the house. It is a short (300m) walk from the garden gate through bushland to a pristine surf beach. The house is open-plan with ample indoor and outdoor entertaining areas with barbecue, covered deck, and shady native trees - perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends.

GUEST FACILITIES The house has three large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms which can comfortably accommodate 2-8 people (suitable for 1-2 families or group of friends). Open-plan, the decor is modern, Balinese-inspired, with ceiling fans throughout. The house is fully-screened and has black-out curtainsblinds in all bedrooms.

BEDROOMS Master Bedroom (sleeps 1-2) has a queen size double bed leading to walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (shower, sinkvanity and toilet). Overlooking pool and garden. Twin room (sleeps 1-2) has two single beds and built-in wardrobe. Family room (sleeps up to 4) has a bunk bed with double bed underneath, single up top plus another single bed.

LOUNGEIN-DOOR ENTERTAINING AREA Has the most comfortable sofas in the world! Large sunken lounge with view of the pool and gardens. Has a TV, DVD and CD stereo player.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREAS 1 covered area, with barbecue and dining table and chairs for 6 people Pool area, with sunloungers and additional dining table and chairs for 6 people. Outdoor shower.

KITCHEN Modern fully-equipped kitchen with electric oven and cooktop; large fridgefreezer; dishwasher; microwave; food processor.
