Located in a quiet native bushland block. We offer a comfortable three bedroom self contained guest house, Airconditioning in main living areas. Lovey wood fire for winter getaways.Two queen beds and two single beds. Cable TV,full kitchen facilities with electric frying pan, rice cooker, slow cooker, electric stove, microwave. Towels and bedding supplied. Use of indoor pool(warm in the summer when the sun has been shining as it is solar heated) . Plenty of room for a relaxing well priced stay. Great for familys, romantic get away, or groups of up to six. (Pet friendly)

Visitors have use of a solar heated indoor pool(used in summer months) and BBQ area. Enjoy a relaxing wander in the lovely flowering gardens and bushland tracks. The property has numerous species of birds and wildlife. Very peaceful and quiet.

Locality

Located near both Port Campbell and Peterborough. The locality is a perfect spot for a rest day when exploring the Great Ocean Road.

If you only see the Twelve Apostles you've missed the best... The Grotto, London Bridge and Bay of Islands to name a few.

Meals are available at Port Campbell, and nearby Timboon (try the pub) Timboon distillary and the Boggy Creek pub
