The area is safe and very child friendly with no major roads to cross to get to beaches, park area and beachside headland walking tracks. The street is a no through road with only approximately 10 houses. Kids in the street enjoy riding bikes ad walking to the beach. Adjoining the beach house is walkway directly to the park and beach with only 1 local road to cross.

Pet friendly

Cats are permitted, Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted outside only, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided.

We welcome cats and dogs that are well behaved and clean. We have polished timber floors so prefer for dogs to be kept outside. There is a front and rear under cover verandah where the pets can have direct connection with you. Please provide your own bedding. We povide some water and food bowls, a kennel and chain if required. The yard is fully fenced and we require that you keep the outside areas well maintaned.x
