Inside theres a large, fully-equipped kitchen opening on to the outdoor entertainment area. Inside theres another dining and lounge area. Open the double doors and shuttered windows and let the cool breezes of the Coral Sea blow gently through the marble tiled rooms.

The three bedrooms are air-conditioned with two Italian marble-tiled bathrooms, one with a spa bath.

Outside there is a huge entertainment area at the rear, which backs onto a park.
The property is fully fenced to ensure absolute privacy.

There is a large fully tiled swimming pool surrounded by leafy tropical gardens. Inside the fixtures and fittings are all top quality with imported Italian floor tiles, a granite bench kitchen and 2 beautiful marble tiled bathrooms.

This home is minutes away from our most prestigious beaches, and is just a short stroll to the famous restaurants, shops and golden sands of Palm Cove.
