Immaculate 5 Bedroom Home On the Water - Fully Air Conditioned With Large Fully Fenced Inground Pool. This wonderful property is located on a wide canal with a lovely peaceful outdoor entertaining area.

This spacious, immaculate 5 bedroom home, on a wide canal, offers family-friendly luxury to suit a large family or smaller families holidaying together. Located within walking distance to the sheltered beach at Tallebudgera Inlet, Tallebudgera Surf Beach and Burleigh Heads National Park and featuring a large, inground, fully-fenced pool with year-round electric heating, this single storey home has reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout.

Sleeping up to 13 people, this home offers two master bedrooms, one queen, one double, both with ensuites, 42" plasma screens, Foxtel and DVD players. The third bedroom contains one double bed and one single bed and again features a 42" plasma screen with Foxtel and a DVD player. The fourth bedroom contains two sets of double bunks and access to the two-way bathroom, which offers separate bath, shower and toilet. The fifth bedroom contains one set of double bunks. All bedrooms offer ample wardrobe space.

Two port-a-cots, two highchairs and two strollers are provided for your convenience.

The well-equipped, modern kitchen overlooks the pool and canal and features granite bench tops and all new appliances, including induction cook top, electric oven, microwave, ice-maker fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and a selection of other appliances to aid with easy meals and snacks. Large dining tables are provided in both the dining room and covered, outdoor entertainment area, which also overlooks the pool and canal and affords a six-burner gas BBQ.

When not out enjoying the many attractions the Gold Coast has to offer, there are many ways to keep the whole family entertained The spacious lounge room is fitted with a 50" plasma screen, with Foxtel, a DVD player and a Nintendo Wii, with games, available for your use.
