Modern 5 Bedroom Home with a Pool.

This spacious 5 bedroom, 2 storey home, located a short walk away from beautiful Palm Beach, is air conditioned throughout and features a large, shaded, fully fenced in-ground pool with year-round electric heating.

Exquisitely finished, this property contains everything imaginable to make your next Gold Coast holiday one youll never forget.

The 42" plasma screen in the lounge is connected to Foxtel, a DVD player and a Nintendo Wii. A selection of games is also provided. The adjoining media room contains a plasma screen connected to Foxtel a DVD player and a Sony Playstation 2, with eye-toy and Singstar, again a selection of games is provided for your enjoyment. A broadband Internet connection is also available for use with your own laptop. All Foxtel services operate independently and feature a wide range of channels including childrens channels.

The entertainment continues with a games room complete with pool table, table tennis, air hockey, table soccer and a variety of board games available for your use.

To help keep the littlies occupied, there is an outdoor play area with a large sandpit and toys as well as a swing set.

Ideal for a large family or smaller families holidaying together, this home sleeps up to 10 people. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, built in robe, ensuite, 42" plasma screen with Foxtel, DVD player and air conditioning. The second bedroom contains a double bed and also features a plasma screen with Foxtel and DVD player. The remaining three bedrooms are generously sized and each provides 2 single beds, built in robes and air conditioning.

A port-a-cot, highchair and 2 single strollers are also available for your convenience.

The absolutely stunning granite kitchen is fully equipped with everything from an induction cook top, fan forced oven, microwave and ice-maker fridge to the espresso machine, rice steamer, popcorn maker and sandwich press that will make dining-in a breeze.
