Yet when you wake up the next morning and look out the bedroom window at the world stretching below you realise that another brilliant day is waiting for you.

Sea Breeze at Sunset is the perfect place to get away from it all. It has the flexibility to cater for large families, two families to share, or groups of up to 8 friends looking for a relaxing weekend at the beach. Whether you're seeking the serenity offered by the panoramic views and spa bath or spacious accommodation for a social getaway with friends, this modern and spacious house is the perfect escape.

Stylishly furnished, Sea Breeze at Sunset has four bedrooms, two of which have en suites (master with WIR). There are also three large living areas over two stories, an extensive deck offering sweeping views of the coast, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a double lock-up garage.

The house has split cycle heating and cooling throughout, a biliards table in the downstairs rumpus room and a spa bath. Toys, games, books and DVDs for all ages are provided.

Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. 



The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ensuite and robes. 



The third and fourth bedrooms each have a set of bunks and built-in robes.

This modern holiday home is a 10 minute walk to the ocean beach, 2-3 minutes by car to both of Ocean Grove’s shopping centres, a 10-20 minute drive to Barwon Heads, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay and Portarlington, and a 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.
