Spacious renovated two bedroom airconditioned unit with polished floorboards throughout. Open plan fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven. Split system heating and airconditioning. Dining table to seat 6. DVD player, 40" flat screen TV, CD stereo and board games available for use. Laundry with top loader washing machine. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Large comfortable bedrooms with queen size bed in one room and a double bed in the other. Air beds with electric pump available for unit to sleep 5.
Includes front deck with outdoor setting and bbq for relaxing in privacy in the sun and large shared backyard including clothes line. Step outside and face the amazing Ocean Grove surfbeach, only 5 minutes walk away. Located on the cnr of the Terrace and Eggleston St this is an ideal location, to your right are the Ocean Grove shops also 5 minutes walk away with cafes, supermarket and fashion stores.

Locality

Ocean Grove is situated on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula only 1.25 hours from Melbourne and 25minutes from Geelong. Close by are wineries, golf courses, mini golf, water park and aquatic centre. 15mins from historic Queenscliff and 5 mins from charming Barwon Heads.
