Access to this unit is through a latticed gate that leads to a newly paved courtyard which is north facing and has some outdoor furniture.
Two flights of stairs takes you to a timbered deck, again north facing and has an outdoor setting.

The lounge room, dining and kitchen are combined. The lounge room has leather couches and television, dining area has a table and 4 chairs and the kitchen has an upright stove and microwave
The main bedroom has a queen bed, bedside table, screened windows and an overhead fan.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table,screened windows and an overhead fan.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet.
Laundry alcove has a washing machine and dryer.
The pool area has a covered area with timber tables and chairs.
