Features include a spacious tiled main living area with 2x 2 seater lounges and a 2.5 seater lounge, wood and wrought iron coffee table, a 24 inch flat screen TV, DVD, Video, CD Player, Wi-Fi and a ceiling fan. The tiled dining room is adjacent to the lounge area and offers a wood and wrought iron dining suite for 8 guests.

The large family sized kitchen comes fully equipped and offers stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, standard sized fridge/freezer, stove top, range-hood, wall oven, grill and a breakfast bar with 3x stools, ideal for kids meals. There is a lovely area just off the kitchen with 2x cane arm chairs and table to sit with a cuppa and enjoy a novel. Sliding glass doors lead out to the large fully fenced backyard which also offers an undercover entertainment area with outdoor setting, gas BBQ plus a kennel and dog bed for your pet to rest.

The main bedroom has a queen ensemble, bedside tables, built in robes and a ceiling fan with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both offering 2x single beds in each (total of 4), bedside table, built-in robe and ceiling fan. The large main bathroom has a standard size bath, glassed shower, vanity and toilet. The internal laundry is fully equipped and has a top loading washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities a second toilet and access to the rear yard and hills hoist clothes line.

The property also includes a reverse cycle air conditioner to the living/kitchen areas providing heating and cooling all year round, a port-a-cot for the baby plus plenty of off street parking for your car, boat or jet skis. This property welcomes you to bring your dog on holidays with you (outside only) for a $50 fee per week or part there of.
