Comfortably furnished throughout, this modern split level apartment offers amazing waterviews across the harbour with spectacular sunsets of an afternoon. Take advantage of the ground floor position and the paved full length verandah which offers an outdoor setting for 6, 4x burner gas BBQ and 2 banana chairs. Sliding doors lead into the tiled main lounge room area which offers a leather corner lounge suite, plasma screen TV, DVD, CD Player, FOXTEL, air conditioning and waterviews. An elevated balcony style tiled dining area over looks the main lounge room and offers a sold timber dining suite for 8 guests. The modern fully equipped kitchen also overlooks the lounge room and features a full sized fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

The master suite is positioned on the ground floor level off the main lounge and has a solid queen sized bed, timber bedside tables, mirrored built-in robe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, waterviews, access to the main balcony and a private ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The 2nd bedroom is located on the elevated level and offers 2 single beds, bedside table and mirrored robe. The 3rd bedroom also on this level has 2 wrought iron and timber bunk beds, tall boy and a pedestal fan.

The large main bathroom has a full sized bath, shower, vanity and toilet. The fully equipped laundry has a top loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. There are 2 undercover parking spaces located under the building including one garage with a door.

Located within walking distance to dAlbora Marina, restaurants, boutiques, beach and the Nelson Bay foreshore which has recently been upgraded and now offers a childrens playground, picnic tables and BBQ facilities.

With so many attractions in Nelson Bay you will have to come back time, and time again to experience them all. Ranging from air attractions to deep sea adventures, there is something for everyone to discover in Nelson Bay. Some of the many attractions include: whale and dolphin cruises, fishing
