A boat ramp on the north-side of the Maroochy River is close by for fishing/water sport enthusiasts. Closer still, stroll down to the canal to through in a line with the kids.
When your day is done, come back to a comfortable holiday house & shack, perfect for relaxing after a hard day's play.
Airconditioning, off street parking, and an enclosed backyard with a 6ft fence and charcoal bbq at the house are some of the features this house and shack offer. Open plan living and tiled throughout with carpeted bedrooms in the house. One bathroom with shower/bath combination in the House. Shower only & seperate toilet in the Shack
Undercover outdoor entertainment area off the House, with fully fenced backyard for the family pet at both.

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided.

The yard is enclosed by an 1800mm high fence. Dogs are allowed inside the living areas but not inside the bedrooms. A perfectly manicured park neighbours the property providing the ideal spot to throw a ball for a dog.
