Cottage

Kirima Cottages is set on 33 acres in a peaceful, rural setting close to Mudgee. Our comfortable 2 bedroom cottages are nestled among the trees, 40m apart and with their own road, ensuring privacy and seclusion. The frontage to our retreat is located on a tarred road just 5 minutes from the restaurants and historical buildings of Mudgee township, and a short drive to the vineyards. It is the ideal base to explore the surrounding districts, the attractions and fine produce that our area has to offer. Pets welcome.

Locality

Under four hours pleasant driving from central Sydney, a special country experience awaits you, offering world renowned wines, great places to stay, quality foods of the region, outstanding art and ceramics and an opportunity to experience the history and heritage of Australia at a grass roots level. Most Mudgee cellar doors are within 10 minutes drive from the Town making it extremely easy to sample their wines and have time left for other activities.

Property

The cottages are situated on sloping ground surrounded by gums, wattles and cypress pine. It is truly a picturesque surround. In dry times, kangaroos migrate to the lower levels and are often seen grazing in the open spaces. If you are lucky you can see echidna and fallow deer especiallly in early spring.
