Recently renovated, this studio apartment accommodates two guests and features A/C upstairs in the loft style bedroom with DVD player and TV, spacious living area with TV, modern bathroom, laundry and large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and dining for five people.
The property has two courtyards. The rear courtyard has BBQ facilities and alfresco dining for six. The second courtyard comprises a chiminea, sun lounge and additonal alfresco dining for six people. Secure parking is included for one car or boat in a remote controlled garage.
