Mollymook Beach Waterfront provides two luxurious 4 1/2 star one bedroom holiday units for couples at affordable tariffs. Waterfront is located in a peaceful setting with absolute ocean reserve frontage providing magic water views from your private sun drenched deck and living area's.

Each unit boasts a large bedroom, new luxurious bedding with latex, (king size bed in "Reef Break" Apt. & queen size bed in "Whale Watch" Apt.) newly imported leather lounges, HD LCD televisions with DVD player & a DVD library. Waterfront provides guests with a complementary generous breakfast hamper upon arrival for self catering at your leisure. In addition, bookings of 2 or more days stay receive a complementary bottle of Seaview wine, snacks, chocolates and a variety of coffees and teas.

Location! Location! Only metres from beach, restaurants, cafes & licensed golf club with the beachside golf course at your rear entrance.

Waterfront is a smoke free property.

The local Ulladulla Bus company provides a service with pick up & drop off approx 100 metres walk away in Golf Avenue and Shepherd Streets.

Our Waterfront property looks immediately onto the famous Mollymook "Golf Course" Reef break which is an extremely popular surfing location. Also in front of the property is the famous Mollymook Bogey Hole for swimming and snorkeling.

Whale Watching


Whale watching possible from property, On-shore whale watching nearb, Whale watching tours available nearby.

Waterfront has breathe taking views of the ocean whereby whales can be observed during their migrating season from the property. Binoculars are also available on site to enhance the guests experience. Other great vantage spots are nearby at Bannister Headland and the Ulladulla Light-house. Deep sea whale watching is available from operators at Jervis bay and also out of the Ulladulla harbour.

Windsurfing/Kitesailing


Popular windsurfing and/or kitesailing spots nearby, Windsurfing/kitesailing storage available onsite.

Windsurfing is popular in front of our ocean Waterfront property and at the nearby lakes and inlets.

Winter Holiday


With a temperate climate, Mollymook is an excellent place to spend a week or two visiting galleries, museums, wineries, arts & crafts, walking along the beach or through National Parks whilst the weather is not too hot. Can also experience some excellent restaurants and cafes or play golf on a variety of golf courses.

Rooms and rates

NOTE: Booking Conditions:

1) A 1 night booking is acceptable if a single night exists between confirmed bookings. A $20 additional cost is added to a single night booking to offset cleaning overheads.
2) Otherwise the minimum booking period is 2 days.
3) Weekend booking restriction, minimum 2 nights is Friday & Saturday nights.
4) Peak seasons have there own individual minimum booking periods.
5) The discounted rate for weekly bookings is based upon arriving any day other than a Saturday.
6) Total cost / tariff for your booking includes a generous complimentary breakfast hamper for self catering at your leisure. Additionally bookings of 2 or more days receive a complimentary bottle of wine, snacks and various extra's.
7) Saturday is our day off. Therefore we accept arrivals & departures on any day other than a Saturday.
