Located opposite the beautiful Marcoola Beach, the Unit has ocean views to the north and south from the dining, living and roof deck. On the roof deck there is a heated spa which will sit 6 , a BBQ an outdoor dining setting.The complex has two pools one of which is heated. Marcoola is a beautiful natural beach setting 5 minutes from Coolum and 10 minutes from Maroochydore.

Our guests enjoy the roof top spa and the little extras that we provide such bicycles and helmets for all the family to enjoy the bikeways through the dunes.You'll find our unit and is bright and spotlessly clean. All linen is supplied with a washing machine and dryer available within the unit for you as well. DVD's books and family board games are also provided.

Locality

Marcoola is a small private beach locality that is often overlooked by the majority or tourists. Locals claim that Marcoola is the best kept secret on the Sunshine Coast. The Hyatt at Coolum is located only a 20 minute walk or 10 minute cycle away. Many visitors also relish the climb up Mt Coolum (which adjoins the Hyatt) The climb or walk is easily managed by all the family. The view from the summit of Mt Coolum is breathtaking. You will marvel at the privacy and beauty of our beach which stretches to the Maroochy River mouth about 4 km away.

Property

Unit 13 is a penthouse apartment on the second floor of the Northern building in the Surf Club apartments. The complex is two storey high with private roof decks enjoyed by each of the penthouse units directly underneath. Access to the private roof deck and your spa is via a spiral staircase from your own unit. The complex is immediately across the road from the Surf Club house and patrolled beach area. The surf Club has a restaurant and bar facilities.
