Holiday house

Two storey home located in executive holiday village with amazing views from large balcony and direct access to Beach (no roads to cross). Use of pool and tennis courts. Children's playground next door. Foxtel, table tennis and 5 living areas (Home Theatre, upstairs/downstairs living, balcony and deck).

Locality

Ledge Point is located just an hour and a half north of Perth city making it an excellent weekend getaway location. Bring your boat and launch it metres away on the beach ramp or at the next town. Kite surfing, boating, skiing and fishing are wonderful ways to pass the time. Located within the town is a Golf course, the Ledge Pt Country Club (licensed), some skate ramps, 2 play grounds, a licensed deli which sells everything and trails nearby for 4WD bikes. In nearby Lancelin there are lots of food outlets and sandboarding.

Property

Our house is part of a holiday village and as such offers beautiful grounds complete with a pool, tennis court and games room. Our house is located on the beach side of the property and has 180 degree views of the coastline running north and south of us. We offer Foxtel/DVD both upstairs and also downstairs in our separate Home Theatre, table tennis in our games area, a well stocked kitchen complete with expresso coffee machine (bring your own coffee blends) and
a wonderful spa bath with great ocean views. Upstairs are a Queen bedroom with private ensuite and views to the Ocean and a 2nd Queen room with a Semi Ensuite bathroom and views over the pool. Downstairs there is another Queen bedroom with a private ensuite and a fourth bedroom with 2 bunks (4 beds) and a laundry/bathroom.
