situated on the Tokara Canal a short walk to the Wurtulla Surf Beach.

This large waterfront home features a gourmet 2 pac and granite kitchen with stainless steel fridge, water purifier and ice maker. Billiard table for your enjoyment.
There are 4 large bedrooms with the Master having a prestigous ensuite complete with corner spa bath.
Bedroom 1 and 2 overlook the canal and have there own balconies. The solar heated swimming pool is sure to impress the kids whilst the large hooded bbq is going to please the cheif chef.
Be sure to enjoy some cool refreshments in the afternoon whilst watching the sun set over the water.

The Sunshine coast is a great spot to recharge and relax however there are endless choices of activities to do. The world famous Australia Zoo is a short 25 minute drive to Beerwah The Ettamogah Pub and Aussie world is a great place to kill some time.
Mooloolaba has Underwater and beautiful cafes over looking the sea. Hastings st Noosa is a 45 minute drive away. For the serious shopper the Sunshine Plaza is deffinitely worth a visit. How ever all basic necessities are within walking distance.
The choice of Thai or Chinese Cusine is a short stroll around the corner.
