Moonbah3 is an extra-large studio non-serviced apartment in a quiet part of town. You will find that it is the best value for money studio accommodation in Jindabyne. It has a sunny northerly aspect with glimpses of the lake and mountains. Moonbah3 is a well-maintained, privately-owned property, that is simple, clean, comfortable, affordable accommodation.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, cook top, microwave, toaster oven, electric frypan and jaffle iron (no full size oven) plus the handy extras of alfoil, cling wrap, paper towel and tea towels. Large combined bathroom and own laundry facilities, separate drying room and ski storage. Sunny studio lounge with full HD LCD TV/DVD, Radio CD/MP3 dock, Playstation, electric heating. Comfortable beds 1 queen and tri bunk (double with single on top). BYO linen or linen pack hire upon request. Two allocated off-street parking spaces.

Locality

Easy 2 hours drive from Canberra, 3 hours from south coast, 5 hours from Sydney, 6.5 hours from Melbourne.

Moonbah3 is 400m up the hill from Jindabyne shops in a lovely quiet area on Bogong Street with views to lake and mountains.

30 mins drive to the high country resorts in the Kosciuszko National Park. Perisher Blue is a snow resort and Thredbo is open all year.

Rooms and rates

A $50 booking fee is required at time of reservation. Payment by EFT or direct deposit only. Cancellation refund policy applies for summer bookings less than two weeks prior to visit and winter bookings that are less than one month prior to visit.

Early booking for Winter is advisable as Moonbah3 is so very popular. Enquire for availability and tarriffs for longer stays over summer period.

The rates template is in a format that is difficult to read so I will explain our pricing here. We have a sliding scale of $5 discount per night stayed above 2 nights, and a $10 premium for Fri and Sat nights. Linen pack hire is an additional $10 per person.

The beds are made with mattress protector and fitted bottom sheet, doona and matching pillowslips. There are plenty of pillows and blankets and tea towels supplied. Guests may choose to bring their own sheets, pillow slips and towels for the most economical rate, OR hire the linen pack which is stored in the camphorwood box next to the Queen Bed in the studio lounge. This contains bed sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, bath mat, washer and hand towel.
