Situated 400m from beautiful Wallis Lake this family-friendly house is the ideal location for your next holiday. It is a spacious family home with no steps in a quiet cul-de-sac location in Forster Keys. Large level block (726sq/m) which has separate lounge(30sq/m), dining (14sq/m), kitchen/ family (23sq/m) & sunroom (9sq/m). The lounge area, hallways and bedrooms are all carpeted while the living areas have recently been tiled. As well as two ceiling fans there is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner/heating in the living areas which will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. The lock-up garage has a remote-control garage opener. There is a full bathroom with separate bath and shower, two separate toilets as well as a large laundry equipped with a front-loader washing machine and a clothes dryer (yes, it does sometimes rain in Paradise!!).

The large rear yard consists of a fenced grass area as well as the pool area. There is an outdoor setting with umbrella and a gas BBQ for entertaining. The pool area is fenced and has large paved areas with sunlounges and armchairs.

Forster has everything you could want in a holiday. Forster Lakeside is a flat 2 minute walk from the lake, which has great fishing. Also 2 minutes away on foot are the corner shops (butcher, baker/pieshop, newsagent/general store/bottle shop, take-away/fish & chip shop and hairdressers/beauty salon). The beaches - One Mile, Main Beach and Pebbly Beach, the Aquatic Centre with its 2 pools, gyms, spa and sauna, Forster Golf Course as well as the new Stockland shopping centre are all less than 5 minutes away.

For those who love boating, there is a public slipway nearby in Forster Keys which the crowds have not yet discovered. There is a barbecue facility with lots of shade there as well.

If you just want to lie back and unwind while the kids play in the pool then Forster Lakeside is what you are looking for.

There is a port-a-cot and high chair that are available but please note that they must be requested on booking.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION

There are three bedrooms. In the largest bedroom there is a double bed and two single beds.

In each of the other two bedrooms there is a queen bed.

So altogether there are two queen beds, one double bed, two single beds.

Bedlinen is included and all beds will be made up for your arrivale. Please bring your own bath towels and beach towels and bathmats.

Locality

Forster is situated on the Mid-North Coast, a comfortable three-hour drive from Sydney. Attractions include fabulous beaches, which are patrolled on summer weekends and daily throughout the school holidays. For the sport enthusiasts golf, tennis, bowls, ten-pin bowling, fishing, swimming, (at the Aquatic Centre www.greatlakesaquaticcentre.com), water sports, canoeing, bushwalking etcetera are all part of life here in Forster.

The pace of life is very leisurely. You have to go no further as this is Paradise.

Sunlounges on the pool area will help you to unwind and enjoy your stay. Boxes of toys and games are in the games cupboard. If you require anything else for your holiday we are happy to see if it is available locally for you.

This house is ideal for families. Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac it is great area for bike-riding. There is a cupboard full of toys and games as well. No steps and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is a bonus but children must be supervised when using it and diving and running are prohibited in the pool/pool area.

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area, Bedding/sleeping area provided.

Dogs are very welcome. They are permitted inside the house but not in the bedrooms. The sunroom has a doggy door to the yard suitable for smaller dogs. Please bring your dogs own bedding to make your dog feel at home. The yard is fully fenced and secure.
