Three bedroom brick home situated on the corner of Boulder Bay and Rocky Point Rd's. All on one level. Handy to Fingal Bay beach and only 10 minutes drive to Nelson Bay CBD. Dogs permitted outside for additional fee. There is 1 step into the unit.

The main living area of this house is lovely and bright and has carpet flooring, 3 x 2 seater lounge chairs (1 is a sofa) and a smallish sized TV and video player. The combined dining and kitchen area with lino flooring, is quite spacious and are also nice bright rooms. The dining area has an oval dining table with 6 padded dining chairs while the kitchen comes fully equiped with everything a kitchen needs from the glassware to the cooking utensils, microwave oven and fully sized fridge. The rear yard is fully fenced to keep both the kids and the dogs safely in the yard.
