Capture magic moments in a bird and animal lovers paradise where you can photograph our extensive range of native and endangered wildlife. It's hands on when you feed "Fruit Loop" our resident cassowary. Have your photo taken with gorgeous black cockatoos, joey kangaroos, emus and gliders.

See the crocodiles having their lunch, be enthralled with the rare Golden Possums or meet the endangered Northern Quolls. We run the only privately funded and operated captive breeding program for these at-risk native animals.

B&B guests receive a 50% discount on zoo entry and may come and go freely for the duration of their stay, including watching after-hours feedings of nocturnal animals.

We are just a stones throw from the beautiful Cape Tribulation and the world heritage listed Daintree National Park.

Base yourself here whilst you visit some of the local attractions including the magical Mossman Gorge, crocodile spotting tours, fishing and reef excursions to the great barrier reef and horse riding on pristine Wonga Beach.

A short drive to Port Douglas and a little further to Cairns city.

Unique tropical architecture and lush gardens surround the restaurant and accommodation of this truly memorable location. Come stay with us, use us as your base whilst you explore the natural wonders of the area.

We have two types of accommodation. The Aviary Rooms suit the perfect romantic getaway with high ceilings, rain showers and stunning views overlooking the zoo and Cape Tribulation, adults only. Poolside Rooms suit a family getaway or couples on a budget. They open directly into the zoo and the pool and have shared facilities.

Aviary Rooms are $165 per couple per night, and if you stay for a week you receive the 7th night FREE!

Poolside Rooms are $120 per couple per night. Add $35 for an extra adult, $20 for an extra child, or $10 for cot hire.

All guests receive 50% off zoo entry and pay only once for the duration of their stay.
