Holiday house

Just walk out the back gate along the track for 3 mins to beautiful Yaroomba Beach just south of Coolum Beach. Here you will find a park with children's playground, picnic tables and bbq overlooking the beach. There is no main road to cross to get to the beach.

This renovated home has 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 2 with 2 x single beds in each (no bunks).

There are two separate living areas, one with an adjoining kitchenette and the other with a full kitchen. Each main bedroom/living/kitchen/ette is located at either end of the home with the single bedrooms in between making it ideal for 2 families or couples wanting their own space.

There is a dishwasher in the main kitchen, a microwave and refrigerator in both kitchens. The main kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric oven.

Both lounge areas have a digital TV and DVD player (one DVD is also a CD player).

There is a large fully fenced back yard with under cover parking if required and plenty of room for boat or caravan parking.

There are 3 golf courses close by, Mt Coolum, Hyatt and Twin Waters.

There is also a beautiful cliff top walking track into Coolum Beach or for the more challenging a hike to the top of Mt Coolum.

Jen Greenhalgh: The house was wonderful for a family with children, it was clean and functional for our needs. Plenty of off street parking for cars and caravans. Being able to close the gates made a nice safe area for the children to play. We loved that it was easy access to a private local beach.

Locality

This home is 2 klms south of Coolum Beach on the beachside of David Low Way.

Walking tracks, bus stops, shops and golf courses are all close by.

The Hyatt Regency Coolum also has a selection of restaurants and the entrance to this resort is only a 5 min walk away.

Just 1 klm south at Mt Coolum is an IGA, bakery, pizza shop, fish & chip shop, butcher, BWS, newsagent, chemist and medical centre.
