This renovated fully fenced house is the ultimate place to escape. Situated only 2 minutes from the golden sands of glorious Clifton Beachfront. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the second bedroom being a private bungalow separate from the house, with its own bathroom en suite. There is a huge outdoor deck that overlooks the sparkling I/G pool. It is fully air conditioned with beautifully polished timber floors. There are large 3 1/2 and 2 seater couches suitable for children to sleep on and day bed on front patio. Fully fenced yard.

Supermarkets and restaurants are literally a few minutes drive from Clifton Beach.

Clifton Beach is a peaceful, relaxing and extremely scenic family location.
It is the perfect place to unwind although within a minute you can be in the action of Palm Cove.
Clifton Beach is only a stones throw from the village of Palm Cove, which is one of the premier beaches of Far North Queensland

The Christmas period is charged at high season rate between mid Dec - mid Jan. There is a 7 night minimum stay.

There is also a two week High season rate during the Easter Holidays.
