This beautiful home offers five bedrooms: three queens (ensuite to main) and two twins all with pure wool carpet.,Plus second seperate toilet,2nd bathroom with shower and bath. a fully equipped kitchen, billiard table, 40" LCD colour television, 2nd lcd tv in kitchen, stereo , CD player,DVD player, combustion heating,ducted cooling and ceiling fans in all rooms. Quality 1000 tc queen bed linen. The kitchen is very well set out with all your cooking needs.There is a outdoor entertaining area with gas barbeque, gas pizza oven and luxury 5 person spa. The property is a bird lover's paradise as Rosellas, Galahs, Grass Parrots, Honey Eaters and Whistlers come to feed from hanging trays on the pergola. This feeding frenzy can be viewed from the main living area. the estate offers a true country retreat getaway experience, with 100 acres to explore, peace and quiet, (except for the prolific bird life!), echidnas and kangaroos yet close to wineries and restaurants. This hilltop setting offers breathtaking views across the Blyth Plains to St. Vincents Gulf, and spectacular sunsets. Generous breakfast suppliies for first 2 days of any booking.

Locality

Nestled in the Spring Gully of the Clare Valley wine area, the property is close to many wineries and restaurants: Eldredges, Skillogallee, Kilakanoon and Mitchells to name a few. The recently renovated Sevenhill Hotel is nearby. Also the red grape at 7 hill has just opened, wine tastings and bakery.

Arrival normally 4pm, depature 10am except sundays 2pm, can be texted day before arrival if earlier arrival time and later departure times are available.
1month minimum notice needed for depoit to be returned.
