There are 3 choices for Dining - inside, on the balcony (overlooks the pool) or on the Rooftop.

The main bedroom has the warmth of a timber/rattan Queen bed with side tables and uplight/reading lamps. The main bedroom also has a LED HD T.V.

The second bedroom has a King bed that can be divided into two singles.

A fully renovated bathroom with quality fittings and a heated towel rail, has direct access from the Queen bedroom.

The apartment presents as light, clean, fresh and comfortable with warm neutral tones,timbers and natural weaves.

The home has ceiling fans throughout.

The complex has a fresh water pool.
And the apartment comes with a Single remote controlled lock-up Garage.

Happy Valley Beach and Parklands are 100 metres.
Happy Valley has a fantastic playground with BBQ's, Picnic areas & Espresso kiosk.
There is plenty of grass for playing sport and plenty of trees for shade.

Bulcock Beach & Cafes are also close by.
Here we have waterfront Restaurants, Cafes, ice cream parlour, Juice bar and Fish n Chips.
Along the Bulcock Beach esplanade is more BBQ's and Picnic tables.
Bulcock Beach is a patrolled beach. It has a water passage, which kids and Adults alike travel along with the current.
This is great fun and is within the flags.
There is also a shallow sandbar for the little ones to play.

Kings Beach & the Water Parkland are an easy stroll along the Boardwalk.
Kings Beach is also patrolled and the Seaside Ocean Pool is free entry.
Kings Beach has beachside Cafes, Restaurants & our Surf Club.

150 metres to Bulcock St (our Main st) shopping precinct, Cinema, restaurants/Cafes.

On Sundays we have the Bulcock St Markets.
Here you will find Local artists, Fresh veges, Food Stalls, Fresh Seafood, Clothing, Wellbeing products, Buskers, Jumping Castle & many more stalls.

Close to the Apartment:
Beach, Parklands and Boardwalk/Esplanade.
Kings Beach Seaside Ocean Pool, Kings Beach Water Parkland, Bungy Trampolines and Kings Surf Beach.

Other local activities include:
Surfing, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Skydiving, Kayaking, Fishing, Day & Sunset Cruises.

Caloundra is a great place for families and couples alike.

Caloundra has an awarding winning RSL and our local Surf Club is situated at Kings Beach adjacent to the new Seaside Ocean Pool.

Caloundra averages seven hours of sunshine daily, one of the highest ratings in the world.
The climate in January is an average of 28 degrees and in July an average of 20 degrees.

Caloundra is home to seven of the most stunning beaches on the Sunshine Coast.

We have an abundance of Al-fresco and Waterfront dining options.

Close to Caloundra

Close by we have the spectacular Glasshouse Mountains, a stunning series of 13 volcanic crags.
They provide a stunning backdrop to Caloundra and challenge climbers and bushwalkers alike.

In the hinterland region we have the gorgeous townships of Montville & Maleny, where you can explore Galleries, Antique shops, Art & Craft shops, quaint Cafes, good Country Food & fine dining.
The hinterland region also offers many wonderful walks including the ancient rainforest of Mary Cairncross National Park.

The Sunshine Coast has World class diving sites. One of the most popular is the wreck of HMAS Brisbane, a former guided missile destroyer. It was sunk 2.8 nautical miles north-east off Mooloolaba on July 31st 2005. The site is now home to a variety of marine life and offers divers a fantastic experience.
