A boulangerie, charcuterie, butcher, chemist, newsagency, large supermarket, cafes and several restaurants are just a short stroll from the cottage.

The Canal du Nivernais is easily accessible if you appreciate a spectacular walking or cycling experience.

The villages of Vezelay, Clamecy, Corbigny and Varzy are all close by, whilst Auxerre, Dijon and Paris are 40 minutes, 2 hours and 2.5 hours drive respectively. Chablis is also less than one hourâ?Ts travel.

The cottage consists of kitchen, lounge/dining room, with bedroom and bathroom upstairs and includes: washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, LCD TV and DVD, including 140 cable-tv channels, wireless internet, unlimited free phone calls to many countries including Australia, radio/cd player with USB port, 2 sofas (one is a sofabed), king bed with new mattress, wall heaters in all rooms, fully renovated modern bathroom, heated towel rack, all linen/towels supplied, portable cot and linen, high chair.

La Petite Folie sleeps 2 or 4 people, and comes complete with brand new appliances. The cottage has been recently painted and renovated throughout.
