Holiday house

Just imagine your family enjoying a swim in your large saltwater pool before heading out for a day on the beach or on the river. For the more energetic there are plenty of walking trails and bike tracks to explore before you indulge yourselves at a nearby cafe or restaurant. Alternatively you can relax and enjoy a BBQ whilst you watch the children playing on facilities in the park

The keen fisherman can always throw in a line at Mooloolah River, on the beach or for the more adventurous launch your boat from the local boat ramp.

Nearby there are some great golf and bowling clubs where you can always enjoy a game or two before treating yourself to a little indulgence of retail therapy at one of the nearby shopping centres.

AJ's welcomes small well behaved pets. Pets are not allowed inside on the furniture

BOOKING CONDITIONS
A security deposit of $300 is required within 5 days of making your reservation. This will be refunded less any damages within 14 days of your stay.
If you cancel 1-50 days prior to the arrival date your payment will be refunded on the re-letting of the property for the same period and the security bond will not be refunded.
If you cancel 51 days or more prior to the arrival date your payment will be refunded and the security bond will not be refunded.

This property must not be used for any parties, functions or unlawful purposes as loss of security deposit and eviction may occur.
