Bloomfield on Bendooley was built in the 1930's as a substantial country home. The house has been purposely renovated for the comfort of guests. It is tastefully furnished with period furniture, complimented by spacious modern amenities and set in a beautiful rambling garden with large open areas designed for entertaining.

Guests are provided with generous breakfast supplies for the first morning and are able to prepare other meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Bloomfield suits up to 9 guests. It is a perfect location to use as a family base for a wedding, friends catching up on a weekend away or group temporary employment placement.

We offer excellent rates for temporary medical staff, other emergency services personnel and students and have off street parking for 4 cars.

Comfortable deluxe king and queen size beds in the guest suites are adorned with superior quality linen. Cosy fluffy robes and pampering products are provided for guests' pleasure and massages and beauty treatments can be arranged in house. Complete your relaxation with books, magazines, music, DVD's or find a lovely spot in the garden to enjoy listening to the birds serenading each other.

Rose Suite - King size bed, reading room and large ensuite all with views of the garden.
Camellia Suite - Queen size bed and spa bathroom which has view of the garden.
Lavendar Suite - Queen size bed and bathroom.
Housekeepers Suite - Queen bed and single bed, bathroom/laundry - shower over bath, vanity, automatic washing machine, dryer and separate toilet.
Kitchen - Refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, china, glassware and cutlery settings for 12. Cooking equipment includes gas stove, frypan, mixmaster, pots and pans. The pantry is stocked with condiments and basic foods.

Bloomfield's rambling old fashioned garden includes off street parking for 4 vehicles.
The garden was started over 70 years ago and produces a variety of blossoms year round. It includes well established shrubs and trees, roses, camellias, azaleas, rhododendrons, lavendar, Japanese windflowers, helibores, flowering cherries, fruit trees, maples, robinias, viburnum, conifers, Canadian Redwood, eucalypt and more, a haven for abundant bird life - we have our own tame Kookaburra and Tawny Frog Mouth Owls that raise their young each spring.
There are sunny and private areas in the garden for quiet repose and an outside toilet for entertaining.
