This is a prestige residence in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is governed by special community strata by-laws for the Estate. This is most definitely not a party house. It is most suited to quiet families or responsible adults that can respect the property, the area (including the beach) and the neighbours. All neighbours are aware of the restrictions put on the property, and are under instructions to us and/or the authorities if breaches occur. If complaints are made you will be evicted with no refund of monies paid. Furthermore, the property is patrolled. When you pick up the keys, you will again be given and made aware of these conditions. If you are not sure you that can follow these conditions, please do NOT book this property.
