Ducted airconditioning throughout.

Kitchen - Quality European appliances- dishwasher, stove top, oven, microwave, all crockery, cutlery and cookware.

Laundry - front loading washing machine and condensor dryer.

Large living and dining area.

Stereo, CD player..

42inch PLASMA SCREEN with DVD/VCR player.

Large VCR and DVD library. Please bring children's programs.

Locality

Great kids beach - very protected and shallow with lots of rocks and bays to explore.

Fishing around the bay is some of the best the area offers.

Boat Harbour is a known scuba diving spot.

Boats can be launched directly from the beach.

2 minutes drive to One Mile Beach and Birubi beach (reknowned surfing beaches).

Stockton beach is 3 minutes drive for 4WDing, sand sliding, and tours of the sand dunes.

Watch the whales from the balcony.

Bushwalk in the adjoining National Park.

Corner shop next door supplies basic groceries and hamburgers etc.

10 minutes drive to Nelson Bay and the Marina.

3 minutes drive to the local Anna Bay shops.
