Close to Maroochydore's extensive shopping and dining, small boat ramp down the road perfect to launch your dingie, canoe, jet ski or kayak. A mere 5 mins to beautiful Mudjimba Beach. A short drive or taxi ride from the Sunshine Coast airport (but without any air traffic noise). 25 mins to Hastings Street Noosa, 12 mins to Mooloolaba, 12 mins to Coolum Beach, easy drive to superior golf courses.



Suits mature couples looking for a long term getaway or a romantic escape honeymoon destination or 2 x couples looking for an inexpensive, relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Very strict no party policy, only approved guests may stay (strictly monitored including termination of stay and no refund). Each booking is considered and approved by owner so as to protect our beautiful home.



Stunning water views from this near-new home, located at the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia (2 hours north of the Gold Coast and 1 hour 15 mins from Brisbane International Airport). There is also a domestic airport only a few minutes away (Sunshine Coast) so you can fly via Sydney or Melbourne directly to the Sunshine Coast (airport transfers can be arranged at a reasonably priced additional cost).
