Holiday house, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Original design by BPSM Architects, Hobart. In the main living room a cosy wood heater. All firewood supplied.Ipod docks & complimentary WIFI and AUSTAR.We also offer free phone for STD and local calls, an absolute rarity in holiday home rental.
Cleaning included.
King bedroom and new large ensuite bathroom on the same level. Powder room for guests. A Queen and a Twin bedroom can be converted to King bedroom on another level with two newly renovated bathrooms. Luxury 5 star ensuite with quartz stone bath, walk in shower, toilet and bidet, two quartz stone basins. Heated floor and towel rails.
High quality bed linen on Posturepedic beds, cotton waffle blankets for summer, doonas and dual control electric blankets for winter. Beach towels provided.
Please note extra bedrooms will not be opened for babies and toddlers under 2 years old since there is no charge for them. A portacot charge applies.
Library of DVD's and books.
Two electronic clocks with ipod docks. Separate stereo with CD & Ipod dock.
The house uses eco friendly cleaning products and is supplied with kitchen pantry basics to get you started. Three new De Dietrich French ovens and Miele dishwasher. Speed Queen front loader and dryer.
Wheelchair accessible. Off street parking.

My wife and I spent a week with our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters (aged 6 and 8) at the Bay of Fires Beach House at Binalong Bay on the North East Coast of Tasmania. We would recommend it without qualification to anyone who appreciates a quiet holiday in an area of stunning natural beauty, but which is still close enough to the facilities and restaurants of the nearby town of St Helens. From a practical point of view equipped with abundant quality crockery, cutlery,glassware.

Locality

St Columbus Falls for a spectacular waterfall through ancient rainforests.
Drive to Freycinet National Park - take a cruise or walk.
Walk the Blue Tiers - spectacular views.
Take a picnic - some picnic gear at the house.
Drive to Derby and see the Tin Mine Museum.
Visit Pyengana for a complimentary cheddar cheese tasting and buy its creamy ice creams and milk - you can also have morning and afternoon tea and lunch.
Drive around Georges Bay and view the beautiful beaches.
Learn to dive or charter a boat for cruising or fishing.
Scenic flights over Bay of Fires from St Helens aerodrome & visit The Gardens, take a beach walk to all the bays that make up the Bay of Fires.
Drive to Ansons Bay to see the lighthouse.
Still want just want to chill out, sit on the deck read a book and snooze.

Stylish and well maintained property in quiet part of Binalong Bay. Sensational views from kitchen, living room, dining room.
Split level home with suitability for wheelchair access.
Free WIFI and AUSTAR.
Suits couples and families and retreat for singles.
Outdoor deck is large for entertaining with its stainless BBQ and wok burner & outdoor dining setting with extendable table. The kitchen in this house is well equipped as the owner is a food writer.
Portacot and highchair available. No charge for babies under 2 but extra bedroom will not be opened. All properties in this area are on tank water, please bear that in mind.
